NeuroTraining Alliance Upcoming courses

About the alliance

International professional education in neurofeedback and applied neuroscience.

NeuroTraining Alliance develops BCIA-accredited training delivered by experienced clinicians and educators across languages and regions. Our faculty also provides mentoring towards board certification.

How it started

How NeuroTraining Alliance began

Santiago Brand brought international teaching experience in neurofeedback and qEEG, gained in more than twenty countries. Tanya Morosoli developed a structured ten-module curriculum and led its BCIA accreditation. Their collaboration became NeuroTraining Alliance, with Silvia Fois teaching and supervising in Italy.

The first BCIA-accredited course took place in Semarang, Indonesia, in 2025. It brought together 29 participants for the 36-hour didactic programme. NTA now organises courses across languages and formats, working with local professional groups to bring the training to their region.

What we teach

The 36 hours, domain by domain.

The programme follows the Blueprint of Knowledge exactly, with the hours BCIA sets for each domain. A participant who attends in full receives a certificate of completion, and that certificate is what goes toward the didactic requirement for board certification.

Where our part ends

BCIA awards the certification.

Board certification in neurofeedback is awarded by BCIA, an independent body. We teach the didactic hours, which are the first of five steps. The remaining steps are a course in neuroanatomy and neurophysiology, twenty-five contact hours of mentored practical training, and the application and proctored examination. BCIA sets the requirements and the fees for those, and publishes both on bcia.org.

Silvia Fois and Tanya Morosoli are BCIA-approved mentors, the role the third step requires, so the mentored hours can also be arranged through the alliance.
