Cancellation and refunds
What happens to your fee if you cancel, if you send a colleague in your place, or if we have to move or cancel a course.
Registration and payment
Your place is confirmed when we receive full payment. Until then your registration is a request, and places are allocated in the order they are paid.
We issue a payment receipt for every registration. If you need an invoice in the name of a practice, a company or a partita IVA, ask before you pay and give us the billing details.
If you cancel
Send written notice by email to info@neurotrainingalliance.com. The date we receive it is the date that counts.

Two alternatives are open at any time and cost nothing:
- Send someone in your place. Tell us the name and the professional details of the person taking your seat.
- Move to the next edition of the same course, once, if a later edition is scheduled. If its price is higher you pay the difference.
Not attending, and arriving after the course has begun, are treated as a cancellation on the day.
If we cancel or change the course
Every course runs subject to a minimum of eight participants. If that number is not reached, we may postpone the course to new dates or cancel it, and we will tell you as early as we can.
If we cancel, you receive the full fee back with no deduction. If we postpone, you choose between the new dates and a full refund.
If circumstances outside our control prevent the in-person part from taking place, we may deliver it online on the same dates, or move it to new dates. In that case you may take the online delivery, move to a later edition, or ask for the in-person portion of the fee back.
Travel and accommodation are yours. We do not reimburse flights, trains, hotels or any other cost you commit to around a course, so book nothing you cannot change until we confirm that the course is running.
Certificate
The certificate of completion is issued after the full 36 hours have been attended. Partial attendance produces no certificate and gives no right to a refund. The certificate records the hours you completed and is what you submit toward BCIA certification. The certification decision belongs to BCIA.
Refunds
Refunds are paid to the card or the account used for the payment, within 14 days of the date we accept the cancellation. Bank charges and currency differences on the return are not ours to cover.

Swiss law applies and the place of jurisdiction is the seller's domicile, save for the mandatory consumer protections of the country in which a participant lives, which are unaffected.
